Many customers have recently contacted ‘Plane Training wondering whether it were possible to provide a course that would help their staff with the many day-to-day ticketing challenges and hence trying to reduce costly ADMs from being issued.
Our skilled product development team worked closely with the Amadeus Helpdesk to try and identify some key mistakes and instances that keep on re-occurring amongst ticketing agents. This allowed us to pinpoint those major downfalls which invariably produce ADMs.
