- Clear understanding of e-tickets, ATB, OPTAT/TAT and manual tickets
- Taxes, Fees and Charges.

Prerequisite Knowledge: A minimum of 6 months working within a Travel Agency or similar environment; basic understanding of Amadeus booking files and entries is required.
