Vicky Scrivener
 I have been working in the travel industry for almost 10 years now. In my career I have progressed from working in a travel agency to an airline and finally into travel technology. I have experience with training both Amadeus and Galileo and also Dolphin back office systems. Prior to joining Plane Training my roles have included being a Support Analyst for Galileo, supporting customers with procedures and entries and trouble shooting technical issues. I was then a training specialist for Dolphin Dynamics, training front/ back office systems and XML / White label based booking engines. Other companies I have worked for in the past include: Thomas Cook and Qantas for which I have adopted the role of a trainer, training new staff and updating existing staff of new products / systems. |
