Keith started his long and illustrious career in travel working with Pan Am in reservations and ticketing.
He subsequently moved into training and specialized in fares and ticketing courses and customer services training for global audiences. Many were conducted in the Pan Am international training centre in Miami.
He moved to work with Galileo in Swindon in 1991 and subsequently to Langley, developing training content, effective writing courses and e-learning for Travelport’s distributors around the world.
More recently, he has worked as a training consultant for ‘Plane Training and Ergo, developing written training material and recording video training clips, and teaching a wide variety of Galileo and Apollo courses.
