I am an enthusiastic, self-motivated dynamic person.
The affinity with the travel industry started working in a small travel agency whilst studying at university. I still consider myself a scientist at heart having graduated from University College London in Geophysics but, somehow, I ended up pursuing a career in the travel industry instead!
I climbed up the ladder from the small travel agency to a Sales and Marketing managerial role with Flightline International. This position exposed me to challenging contracts and sales opportunities allowing my ability and confidence to grow.
In 1998 I joined a wholly owned British Airways training division and started a new career in training for the travel industry.
In 2003, ‘Plane Training was launched; the company has grown exponentially in reputation, experience and qualifications since then with the help of our amazing team! In 2013 we launched Ergo Training; Ergo has allowed the team and me to grow by acquiring new skills and broaden our horizons in a variety of different training and development arenas.
I enjoy managing the 'Plane Training team and I work with different GDS' and development programs. I still look for the enthusiasm and diversity of delivering classroom training but manage well developing new courses on my own. I am a Civil Aviation Authority Aviation Security Trainer and hold a Certificate in Training and Education Level 4. I always look forward to new challenges!
