Andrea Chambers

Since completing a Diploma in Travel and Tourism at college I spent many years working in the Cruise Industry for P&O Cruises and Swan Hellenic. I became Reservations Manager for Swan Hellenic Cruises dealing with airlines, local agents and authorities. In addition to working in the office I was very fortunate to work on board the ship and visit some fascinating places around the world. This inspired me to work on board on a more permanent basis as Deputy Cruise Director. I have always enjoyed training and nurturing new staff and this together with my reservations background enabled me to become one of the newer members of the Plane Training team. As a Trainer it gives me the opportunity to meet people from all areas of the travel industry and assist and guide them in their learning process which is something I enjoy. Training also allows me to develop new skills and experiences and maintain the growth and high quality of training offered by Plane Training.
